I heard about this on the morning news yesterday. Do you really think it will stop drunken idiots from sending a pressing, bubbling to get out, rambling email?
I can see some drunk loser trying email his recent ex, failing all the math questions, saying "screw this!" and picking up the phone to call her. By that time he will be more intoxicated and really really ticked off over the math problems....I'm feeling sorry for the ex right now.
